陳老師為本年元月28日年除夕晚間，因直腸癌惡化，入住台北市石牌榮民總醫院加護病房，後曾一度想轉往安寧病房，卻於22日上午辭世。辭世時家人環繞身旁，是福壽全歸。
Tim was admitted to the intensive care
unit on the eve of Chinese new year, 28th
January, due to the deterioration of his condition (Colon cancer). He was due to be
transferred to a hospice for further care but passed away before this occurred.
His family members were present at the time.

陳老師公祭，訂於2月28日（星期二）上午10:00，假石牌榮民總醫院懷遠廳舉行。

The funeral will take place at 10
AM
on the 28th of February at the Hwai-Yuan
Hall, Taipei Veterans General Hospital in Shihpai,
Taipei. .
